	Those new to hosting will be required to complete an extensive training program. Are you willing and able to commit the necessary time? Yes No
	Please identify those times you are available to train and to host.

Tournaments generally require 3.5 to 5 hours to host (depending on format). Does this create a problem for you? If so, let’s talk about it to see if we can resolve it. There are always options. smile

On a scale of 1-10 (with 1 being "I just switched this thing on for the first time" and 10 being "I am a wizard"), how would you rank your computer skills/understanding?

Are you comfortable with multi-tasking?

	We realize that life can be unpredictable and there will be times when you need to be away from hosting responsibilities. However, when you commit to slots on the tournament schedule, you become responsible for that tournament and will either host the tournament or arrange for a replacement within the IBA host team. Can we count on you to do that? yes no
	Sometimes on a full moon, players can … shall we say misbehave? We need you cool and confident, and will show you how to handle any problems. Do you think you can handle those moments? yes no
